Our Approach

Our rehab and performance plans are built for people who need more than symptom relief. We assess how you move, where you compensate, and what’s really limiting your strength, mobility, and recovery — then we build a plan around it.

This isn’t a printout of generic exercises. Every plan is designed by Dr. Dimitar Variyski, D.C. and progressed in our fully equipped Hamilton gym, where you can run, lift, jump, and load real weight under direct supervision when needed.

We use this service for patients coming out of injury, athletes returning to sport, lifters working around old issues, and active adults who are tired of the “rest and stretch” loop. The goal isn’t to keep you in the clinic forever — it’s to get you strong, capable, and confident moving again.

We run a detailed movement and performance assessment to identify the real limitations behind your pain, weakness, or plateau. You'll get a clear breakdown of what we found, why it matters, and exactly what your plan will look like.

Build & Progress Your Plan

We build a progressive plan that combines hands-on care, mobility work, and structured strength training in our Hamilton gym. As you improve, the plan progresses — so every session is moving you toward stronger, more resilient performance.
